In addition to Marty Palicki's eyewitness report on Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida, IPM wishes to do justice to the bloody theater that is Halloween Horror Nights at the sister park in Southern California. Each park's HHN manifestation has its own distinguishing touches. Universal Studios Hollywood's is very showbiz/transmedia with its film competition and the Eyegore Awards, its theatrical evocations of horror movie IPs plus the over-the-top, wildly popular Alice Cooper "Nightmare" tie-in.
